This is the premium TBM flight sim throttle with motorized Trim and Fuel Selector.
Motorized features:
Using the HOTSTART TBM for XP11/12:
The FBS_TBMTQ SPV includes breakout JST connectors on the rear of the unit for direct connection to the FS SHIFT and Trim Wheel electric trim control UP DWN. Use these directly or map any control you choose using the HotstartTBM corresponding commands.
~ Fuel Selector:
* Fuel Selector set to MAN on the overhead panel, FS knob commands the sim by turning manually, pull the knob outward to reach the OFF position.
* The FS AUTO feature is available After the TBM crash bar is engaged in the UP position.
**Only after the knob is in the R or L position will the automatic feature be available by engaging the AUTO FS switch on the overhead panel. This will home the knob first to the R position, then rest at whichever position L or R it was previously before AUTO was engaged. The MAN or AUTO commands can be clicked in the virtual cockpit or mapped using the HS-TBM MAN or AUTO commands.
* The fuel SHIFT button is now active and can be controlled by clicking it in the virtual cockpit or mapping a button to the HS-TBM SHIFT command.
*Note there is no manual override of the AUTO fuel selector feature. Moving the knob manually while AUTO is engaged can damage the unit.
~Trim Wheel
* Ground OPS electric trim is not available while the AP Trims switch is in the OFF or AP position and the crash bar and battery are OFF.
* Trim can be controlled via the direct connection on the unit by clicking the virtual yoke trim UP DWN areas or mapping a momentary switch to the HS-TBM UP DWN trim commands.
*Trim will follow AP when engaged.
* Moving the TW while the AP is engaged will disconnect the AP.
* Moving the electric trim switches UP or DWN while AP is engaged will disengage AP.
* TW will stop moving after the virtual trim wheel reaches its limit at full UP or full DWN.
MSFS Features (MOTO compatibility is actively being developed and will be available soon!)
~Designed to sit on the floor in a home cockpit or flight school, this variant looks excellent in any situation. Your choice of a painted black outer or vinyl covered with stitched red or black thread (add $400) on the body and handle, mirroring its real-life counterpart.
This device is fully compatible with the Hotstart TBM900 for X-Plane 11. (X-Plane 12 is pending a Hotstart update to 12.)
Compatible with the Asobo TBM930 in MSFS2020 and MSFS2024.
It accurately recreates the single-lever power control for home flight simulation. Each throttle is custom-built and hand-assembled with high-quality materials.
All TBMTQs are made to order; the delivery date will be quoted via email.
